A.A. Milne's 'The End' from Oldpoetry.com

I want to do something with this for Gryphons Birthday...

I dont think I could read it outloud because I was tearing up just reading it here...

A.A. Milne's 'The End' from Oldpoetry.com: "The End
by A.A. Milne (bookmark) (print) (next)
Author Category: English. Show lines.

When I was One,
I had just begun.

When I was Two,
I was nearly new.

When I was Three,
I was hardly seen.

When I was Four,
I was not much more.

When I was Five,
I was just alive.

But now I am six,
I'm as clever as clever

So I think I'll be six now
Forever and ever."
