yikes! we aren't going to get into rationing or anything are we?
It not really a matter of not enough gas. Thats almost like a scare tactic... Its just that companies hear stuff like that and feel the need to buy more quicker and then the price of the barrels goes up to what the suppliers think they can get and they get it.
