Force of Will

Man, I loved that MAGIC the gathering card Force of Will
Anyway, I have started the Chris diet again. Its pretty simple: cut bread,cheese,pasta type things. Eat some sort of breakfast and lunch (this time I am eating of fruit and veggies at work) exercise when possible all the rules go out the window(for the most part) for Friday and Saturday. last time I got down to at least 170 if not a bit into the 160s.

I start out at 180... I have resisted ice cream cake two days in a row...

Force of Will is coming back to me.
